FAUmentoring ARIADNEtechnat is aimed at female students pursuing a doctorate as well as early-career female researchers (doctoral candidates/postdocs+) of the faculties of sciences and engineering. Through qualification-specific program tracks, ARIADNE offers individual one-to-one mentoring, high-quality career workshops, and a platform for peer networking.
The goal of ARIADNE is to strengthen women in their identity as scientists, motivate them to consistently pursue their academic careers, and support them in making strategic career decisions. Apply now!
