We are looking for mentors!
Are you keen to share your personal experience as a scientist and to support female early career researchers? Please join ARIADNE as a mentor!
You may find detailed information on the mentoring, your role as a mentor and the matching process online in our mentoring guideline.
Subject-specific expertise in the mentee’s research field is not required in the interdisciplinary ARIADNE mentoring setting. ARIADNE does not compete with the participants’ academic supervision, but rather sees itself as complementary support with a focus on career development, broadening perspectives, and personal skills.
Apply online!
You can register directly via our online form to be included in our Mentors database. The questions are in English, but you are also welcome to complete the form in German.
Your information helps us match suitable mentoring pairs. The submission is solely for the purpose of collecting your data and does not obligate you to take on a mentoring role. You will always receive individual requests when a matching mentee is available. Additionally, there is always a Matching & Chemistry meeting, after which both parties decide individually whether the pairing is suitable.
Do you need more information? Feel free to contact the program coordination at ariadne-technat@fau.de.
