Are you interested in participating in the ARIADNEmed program as a mentee? Here you will find information on participation requirements and the application process.
The ARIADNEmed mentoring program offers you
- individual advice and opportunities to exchange ideas with a person with career experience who will support you as a mentor
- the acquisition of key competencies independent of your discipline through the ARIADNEmed workshops
- the establishment and expansion of informal and scientific networks through network meetings
Participation requirements
ARIADNEmed is aimed at female postdocs and habilitated scientists in medicine (associated with the Faculty of Medicine or the University Hospital):
- doctors (M.D) with a doctorate who aspire to an academic career in addition to patient care/clinical work
- research assistants with a doctorate (e.g. human medicine, dentistry, natural sciences, psychology, etc.) who want to pursue an academic career
Further requirements:
- Willingness to engage with constructive feedback
- Commitment and willingness to take initiative in the mentoring process
- Objectives that you want to achieve during the mentoring phase
- Motivation to take part in network meetings, information evenings and workshops
Application
Required application documents:
- Completed ARIADNEmed profile and application form for mentees
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- Certificates of the university degrees
- Doctoral certificate
- Internship and work references, if applicable

The two-stage selection procedure consists of sending in the complete application documents and a personal interview.
