Mentoring and empowerment for female Master or Staatsexamen students who are interested in pursuing a doctorate.

Duration: 12 months (new from 2026/27 instead of the previous 9 months)

Next application period:
October/November 2026 >> for the program start in February 2027

We start in February with mentee role preparation, teambuilding of the group and finalisation of the matching of Mentoring-Tandems.

The program duration with mentoring is 12 months and starts with the kickoff date in March/April.

ARIADNEtechnat doc/postdoc+

Mentoring and empowerment for PhD candidates, postdocs and W1 professors who are pursuing an academic career.

Duration: Program cycle 2027/28 >> 16 months

Next application period:
July – September 2026 >> for the program start in February 2027 (program cylce 2027/28)

Starting in 2028*, the program will offer a flexible mentoring period of either 12 or 24 months, with annual entry opportunities (applications open in December, program starts annually in May).

*Subject to funding for a new funding period starting in 2028!
