FAUmentoring ARIADNEphil is based on three core components: workshops, networking events, and mentoring.
The tailored workshop program, as well as the networking events devised and organized by the coordinator, are continuously planned and regularly expanded. The one-to-one mentoring program is accompanied by a preparatory seminar, an interim reflection seminar, and a concluding seminar, ensuring that mentees benefit perfectly from their mentoring experience. An introductory program is also offered for mentors.

Note: All networking events (exception kickoff/closing event) and workshops will be held in English. If only German-speaking participants are registered or attending, the language of the event will be German.
